Dr. Vikram Singh is Head of Artificial Intelligence at the Mahindra Group, where he defines group-wide AI strategy, governance, and responsible-AI frameworks. A double IIT alumnus (IIT Madras PhD, IIT Patna M.Tech) with 12+ years in AI leadership, he architected mAIna.ai — an enterprise conversational-AI platform that autonomously handled 500,000+ customer calls and delivered ₹120+ crore in attributed revenue. Earlier, at IndiGo he co-founded the airline's AI lab (Lab37) and led 6Eskai, a GPT-4-powered airline chatbot.
